what better way to discuss the camino de santiago plans than with a tumbler of red wine and a plate of bread? needless to say, we've been discussing the trail a lot these days and it's got me thinking: some people hike extensively in preparation, others spend time in deep meditation focusing on what they want to achieve during their long walk, many brush up on their language skills to ease trail finding along the route. and yet we've taken a different route in our preparations. late night talks, afternoon discussions, morning laughter...all accompanied with wine and bread of course. well, maybe not the morning laughter. but getting used to the common fare is a valid way to prepare no?
