my cafe solo!
a classic 10am stop for coffee and baguettes
every little hole in the wall seems to serve excellent espresso!
one of the best cups of coffee we had on the trip involved entering a deserted town, stumbling across a friendly local who helped us find the one youth in town who ran the only bar in town to come down and open up shop to serve four hungry, caffeine desiring pilgrims who were willing to buy packaged pastries and eat on the cobble-stoned road as long as it meant we would be drinking some fresh espresso. a couple old guys came in for beers shortly after our espressos were made, so i'm sure it was a win-win situation.
