Last one to the Albergue sleeps on the floor! or
Bummer, these blisters . . . eh?
After we repeated Buen Camino! a few hundred times it became an endearing phrase, automatically offered as recognition of another sojourner and an encouragement to keep moving. We had all seen what happened to those who stopped and we did not want to be turned into stone reminders for future peregrinos to keep moving.
